Kickkitelite Returns and Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every jersey you purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, here are the details of our returns and exchanges policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Right to Return)

Under EU law, you, as a consumer, have a 14-day “right of withdrawal.” This means you have the right to unilaterally decide to return the item and request a refund within 14 days of receiving it, without any reason.

Withdrawal Period: The withdrawal period is 14 days, calculated from the date you (or a third party you designate) receive the item.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by clearly stating your intention (email).

Impact of the Right of Withdrawal: Once you notify us that you will exercise your right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

2. Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return, please meet the following conditions:
Item Condition: The item must be brand new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags intact. Original Packaging: The item should be returned along with all original packaging (such as plastic wrapping, tags, etc.).

Try-on Requirements: When trying on the jersey, please take the same reasonable hygiene precautions as when trying it on in a physical store. For example, ensure you try it on in a clean, sweat-free environment.

Please Note: If the returned item suffers a depreciation in value due to your improper handling (not necessary for inspection), we reserve the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

3. Refund Process

Refund Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will immediately notify you of the refund status. If the inspection is successful, we will complete the refund within 14 days.

Refund Method: The refund will use the same payment method as your original payment, unless you explicitly agree to a different method. You will not incur any additional charges for this refund.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are to be borne by you (the customer).

4. Exchange Policy
We currently prioritize returns and refunds. If you wish to exchange for a different size or style, we recommend that you: Return the original item to us following the return process described above. Alternatively, reorder the item you wish to receive on our website. This is usually the quickest and most efficient method.

5. Defective Items
If the item arrives defective, damaged, or does not match your order, please contact our customer service team at kickkitelite@gmail.com within 7 days, providing relevant photos or videos as evidence. In this case, we will cover your return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange.

6. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps: Send an email to kickkitelite@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. We will send you a return authorization number and a detailed return address via email. Please pack the item properly and we recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable mail service. You assume all risk of loss or damage during transit until we confirm receipt of the item. Send the package to the address we provide and keep the shipping receipt.
