1. Shipping destinations
kickkitelite ships to many countries worldwide. Available destinations, carriers, and rates are calculated at checkout from your shipping address and cart contents. We may decline or cancel orders to locations we cannot serve reliably, where export or import rules prohibit the goods, or where carriers do not operate.
You are responsible for ensuring that the products you order may be lawfully imported into your country. We do not ship to embargoed destinations or persons where prohibited by applicable sanctions laws.
2. Order processing time
Standard processing: most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (business days exclude weekends and public holidays in our dispatch location).
Custom and made-to-order items require additional production time (often several business days or longer) before handover to the carrier. The product page or checkout may show an estimated production window; that estimate is indicative only.
Delays may occur during peak seasons, inventory verification, payment security checks, address validation, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays outside our reasonable control but will use reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays where practicable.
3. Delivery methods and indicative transit times
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. They depend on the carrier, service level, destination, customs clearance, weather, strikes, and local holidays. The options and any date ranges shown at checkout take precedence over general figures below.
After dispatch (excluding custom production time), indicative ranges are often:
- Major markets (e.g. North America, Western Europe, parts of Asia-Pacific): approximately 7–21 business days for standard international postal or consolidated services;
- Express courier (where offered): approximately 3–10 business days depending on destination and customs;
- Remote or island regions: may require additional days or weeks.
Carriers may hand off parcels to local postal operators for final delivery; tracking detail may become less granular after import.
4. Shipping fees and free-shipping offers
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight or dimensional weight, and selected service. Any free-shipping threshold or promotion is shown on the site and applied before you pay. Fees you pay to us cover carriage to the address you provide under the selected service; they do not include import duties unless we explicitly sell on a Delivered Duty Paid ("DDP") basis for your jurisdiction and state that duties are collected at checkout.
5. Customs, import duties, taxes, and brokerage
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), excise, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless we clearly state that your order is DDP and we have collected estimated duties at checkout, these charges are typically the recipient's responsibility.
Customs authorities may open and inspect parcels. Delays caused by customs are outside our control. If you refuse to pay duties or fail to provide required documentation, the parcel may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed; we are not liable for resulting loss. Refunds, if any, may be limited to the product value minus return shipping, duties paid by us, and restocking costs, as permitted by law and our Refund Policy.
You are responsible for providing accurate tax identification or importer details if required by your country's customs rules.
6. Tracking and proof of delivery
When your order ships, we send a confirmation email with tracking information where the carrier provides it. Tracking may not update in real time. "Delivered" status is determined by the carrier's scan; if you dispute delivery, contact us promptly with your order number so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
7. Address accuracy, PO boxes, and restricted addresses
You must provide a complete, accurate delivery address including postal or ZIP code, recipient name, and phone number if required by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or misdelivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information you supplied.
Some carriers cannot deliver to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses for certain services; options at checkout reflect available services.
8. Failed delivery, unclaimed parcels, and returns to sender
If delivery fails because no one is available to receive the shipment, the address is inaccessible, or the parcel is not collected within the carrier's holding period, the shipment may be returned to us or disposed of per carrier policy. We may charge a reshipment fee or adjust refunds in line with our Refund Policy.
9. Split shipments and partial fulfilment
Large or multi-item orders may ship in more than one package. You will not be charged extra shipping solely because we split fulfilment, unless disclosed at checkout (for example when items ship from different warehouses under separate consignments you approved).
10. Loss or damage in transit
Risk of loss passes in accordance with the applicable Incoterm or consumer law and the carrier's terms. If your package arrives damaged, retain all packaging and contact us within the period stated in our Refund Policy with photos.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, carrier insolvency, government restrictions, or failures of telecommunications networks.
